How do I join Venushine?
Venushine is invite-only. You need a referral code from a current member to create your account in the app.
Where do I find a referral code?
Ask a friend who is already a member. Every account has its own code, shown in the Account section of the app.
How do I place an order?
In the app: pick a product and its options, confirm your delivery address and a bank account (used for any refund), then check out.
Can I return something?
If a product is found faulty or damaged, you can return it within 7 days of payment. The full amount is refunded.
